We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, please ensure the device is not on a VPN or has an active firewall. Also, I'd recommend you try again after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you use. You can even try working on the private/incognito browsing mode to check if that makes any difference.

Hi Tarun,
I'm also experiencing the same issues and have submitted a bug. When I try to edit video project, the browser tab (and the progressive web app on my Mac) just completely locks up! Sometimes Chrome gives me a popup that the page has become Unresponsive and I can Leave or Wait, but then if I reload the project I get the same issue. This is the same after clearing caches/cookies, incognito browser, etc.

I'm not seeing that Adobe is aware of any Status Outages for Express here: https://status.adobe.com/products/503465
@Andy Lambert you always seem very responsive on the forums (thank you for that!) Is this something you could speak to or look into? I have some pressing deadlines and was really depending on using some of my templates in Express but right now I'm completely unable to use the service!
