Adobe Storage

New Here ,

Adobe files section say 4GB used but I can't find any files there (other than 2 which are nowhere near 4GB), have checked the other tabs on the left of the screen (Shared with you, projects, etc) but no joy.

Does anybody know where these 4GB of files are actually stored please?

Hi @carl_5547, Thanks for sharing the details. I suggest that you go through this article: https://adobe.ly/448FdSg and check what accounts are in the cloud storage. If you need to, you can delete the files for which the steps are mentioned here

Hi @carl_5547,

Thanks for reaching out.

If your account shows 4GB used but you only see a few files, the storage may be used by hidden areas like:

  1. Deleted Files – Visit https://adobe.ly/44HTIMY and permanently delete files to free space.

  2. Lightroom Cloud Storage – Go to https://adobe.ly/3I8ULN8 and check for synced photos.

  3. Cloud Documents – Visit https://adobe.ly/3GgQwi8 to view files stored by Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

  4. Libraries – Check https://adobe.ly/3Tm3sWV for design assets using space.

For a full overview, log in to https://adobe.ly/4kf8peX > Plans > View Storage.

Let us know if you need help reviewing any of these areas.

Best regards,

^MM

Hi, thanks very much for replying

1) All the trash has been permanently deleted so is empty.

3) Cloud docs is empty for all programs apart from Express which has 2 small projects.

4) Libraries is empty also.

2) Regarding Lightroom, I pay for Lightroom (mobile) and get 100GB storage (current files in LR are far in excess of 4GB).  There is a Photoshop Express tab in the lightroom section but that is also empty.

5) I can't view my plan as it directs me to Apple for the Lightroom purchase (I don't pay fr any other plans so am using the free 5GB of staorage) and can't see anything else there regarding storage.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, I just don't know what, if there are any other ideas I'd be very grateful.
