Animate From Audio

Can anyone support with Animate from Audio... Been trying to record a 30 sec voice piece for the last week and just keep getting an "Unable to contact server" error message.  Any fix? thanks

I've heard this is an intermittent issue. You may want to try these 

• Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
• Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4dGrynM
• Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/4dGsgBw

I had this problem on my files. I changed them from M4A to MP3 and immediately, it worked.
