Animated background image is exporting a broken video

I'm creating a postcard and there is a vertical image in the background that I animated. When I export as a video, the background image is displaced according to my design. If I export as an image, I get what I see. What is going on?

It looks like if you don't exactly use their stock photos ratio, it won't work 😮
