App Destroyed

Upgrading this app is going to do nothing but get me to unsubscribe. I cannot use it at all and worse it doesn't recognize that I am already a premium subscriber. I knew it when I saw the proposed upgrade a few months back and I wisely did not upgrade it. Now I have no choice.  I also can't export via email anymore which makes this app useless now. 

Why you would destroy this once great app is beyond me.

To better assist you, could you please let me know whether you're using an iOS or Android device? This will help us troubleshoot more accurately and work toward a solution. Also, if you're comfortable, feel free to send a direct message with the email linked to your account so we can look into the subscription and the email export issue right away.

Just canceled my premium subscription just to make sure I don't get billed again because this app no longer works after being so great for the last year and a half that I've had it as a premium member. 

it is unusable now. If you fix it please let me know.

I haven't heard of upgrading to the newer version causing users to lose access premium. Thank you for reporting the issue. If you have access to premium for the remainder of the month you might also try signing out and back in again.

Oh it 100% happened. 

i ended up having to unsubscribe and waiting a few days and then resubscribing and THEN the Premium access worked again. 

Now that it is working properly, I have to say that I am VERY HAPPY with it and all the new features, especially AI. 

 

This app is an absolute must for me. I use it often and having it not work was a nightmare for me.

Just unsubscribed AGAIN and signed in and out of the app. 

The premium content stopped working AGAIN. 

 

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

 

I signed in and it tells me I have a premium account. Yes I do. 

Then it asks me to sign in again. And over and over. 

I'm done.

Sorry for the frustration — this definitely shouldn’t be happening.

If you're stuck in a sign-in loop and your premium features aren’t working, please try the following:

  1. Log out of all devices.

  2. Clear the app cache:

    • iOS: delete and reinstall the app

    • Android: Settings > Apps > Adobe Express > Storage > Clear Cache & Data

  3. Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Adobe ID (or App Store/Google Play account if you subscribed there).
