Anytime I go to open the app now and try and edit one of my projects. As soon as I start to try and edit it, the app will crash and close. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Twice. And it still happening so I basically can't use the app.
I just downloaded the app and am having the same issue, but on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am currently using iOS 15.6 and am only using 57.8 of my 256gb storage: I also tried closing out other apps when using this, but it keeps crashing. It has typically crashed when trying to change font size or color. I am just doing a basic square photo with background removal (pics if clothing to sell on Poshmark). thanks in advance! B
We are sorry to hear about your difficulties; this shouldn't happen. Please share the app version & the android version you're using. Also, would you mind telling us how much storage is available on your device? Also, since when are you encountering this issue? Have you tried rebooting the device after reinstalling the app? Is the crash happening when working on this specific project, or does it happens with all project types?
