the "free" version works on my galaxy fold 6. but I am paying for creative cloud all apps plan. Can you try working in Adobe Express from a browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) on a desktop device? Please ensure you're signed in to the Adobe account with the same email ID you've used to purchase the subscription. 

Also, let us know if you've another mobile device to test this on.
