Audio visualizer Using Express

I see there is 652 options for Audio Visualizer on Adobe Express... 

I am clueless as to how to make one, but really need to.  I have looked for videos online but have struck out... anyone with hints/tips/tricks on a quick and easy solution to put some interviews on to a visualizer?
