Background remover removes me and not background

I am using the background remover tool in express for the first time on a video, and it works perfectly expect for removing me and keeping the background! Any ideas how to fix this? The tool seems to have no settings just a one button click 😕

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
