If you click on the profile pic associated with your profile in this post or click on your profile pic in the upper right of the page, then you can access your profile with your posts. Here's the link I see when I click on your profile:

Je parle de Adobe express, dans Réseaux sociaux / Planification de posts sur les réseaux sociaux. Lorsque je crée une publication que je souhaite planifier, je n'arrive pas à identifier les personnes à qui je souhaite transmettre ce post.
Ex : @universitecotedazur, qui est l'établissement dans lequel je travaille. Pourtant, mes réseaux sociau sont connectés.

Hi @Hildred - I pulled the passage below from the Connect social media accounts HelpX article.
"Content Scheduler currently does not automatically populate the social handle of a user you wish to tag in your post. However, on Twitter and Instagram, you're able to manually type the user's handle you want to tag in the caption of your post, ensuring you use the @ symbol ahead of their username. This tag will then work as expected once the post is published."
