Can anything be done about that floating box that follows the cursor around?

I don't know if its a bug or intentional, but it is irksome. Why can't we park that thing out of the way? 

And why can't I scroll down with the enlarged image on my screen? To see the bottom I have to go back to 25% or whatever. Irksome. Definitely the opposite of awesome.

Hi @DebCooper88, well, that sounds frustrating, for sure! I just checked several Express documents, made changes, and so on, but I am not experiencing the same thing. Nothing follows me around. How are you accessing Express and are you using Mac or Windows OS? What is written in the floating box? Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
