Can I sell something I create with CC Express?

Can I make a business card design with Adobe Express, print it using an online print service then sell that pack of cards to a local business? Am I allowed to profit from using this Adobe tool? It's a free app with lots of free stock photos and templates.

I want to be a small business helping small business - providing more affordable (yet basic) marketing tools for those getting started or who don't have anything yet. Help them with ideas getting their name out there, etc.
