Can any please tell me if I can change the photo limit to the collage in mobile because I can only put nine photos in and I really want to put alot more then that.

As of now, the Collage Maker is in BETA, and the limit is set to 9 media files on both mobile and web versions of Adobe Express. You can post a suggestion here to let our product team know about increasing the limit for collage images.
If there's any further update on this, I'll let you know.
