Can't add additional typo to Adobe Express

Dear Community, 

is it true that one cannot add an extra font to adobe express if its the Adobe Express Licence only? IT tells me it's not possible because of the licence, not because of any other admin restrictions.

We have bought one which is not within the Adobe fonts libraby but possible to be uploaded and used with a full Creative Cloud licence. 

We work with the adobe app as well as Chrome and try to upload it:
