My students are using Creative Cloud to create projects on Chromebooks, but when they try to download their projects, it just says "download failed" and they aren't able to download the projects. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Hello,
It's too late to take a screenshot as it was yesterday, but it gave a download error message. We had used Adobe Spark before and didn't have any problems. This was the first time using it since they changed it. We restarted the computer, logged out an in, tried downloading different formats, etc.
