Another day, another problem. Now I can't edit a simple 8mb mp4 video. After uploading, I just get a "progress" bar that keeps going back and forth and never stops. I can't save the edits I've made.
We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
