Can't upload images or have an image as a background

I don't know whether this is a bug or the feature has been removed. I wanted to change a background image to a different one and there was no option to do this so I tried uploading the new image but it doesn't do anything

Hi @Harry21829763ttym to change the background image, select the new image within the editor then select "Replace page background."
