Can't upload photo from my photos when creating Instagram square post

• When I start a new Instagram post I the option to upload from my photos is not in the pop up when I tap add from my device

Thanks for trying both of those things Doug. To help us understand better understand, what type of device/version of it's OS are you using? Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the "Add from my device option" for reference?

Hi,
I think I figured out what is happening. I think the software may have been
changed in a small way. What I have to do is go to social media, add from
my gallery, and start that way, then resize to an Instagram square format.
Before I could just do it directly, but this works fine for me. Thanks
