Cannot accept access requests for webpages

Quick trouble-shooting question - I am trying to share an Express webpage with another user. If I send them the link to ask for access, they can click on it, but I cannot approve them. Basically, the approval screen pops up, but nothing happens when I click on the 'Accept' option (screen just loops). I can still add individuals though the invite option, but it's for a class of 150 students, so the process of emailing it out to all of them, and then getting them to duplicate the file would be very time-consuming.
This hasn't been an issue before, so I am wondering if it's just a bug in the system at the moment?
Thanks

Thanks for flagging this! We were able to replicate it as well, and our team is working on resolving the issue. Once it gets fixed, we'll let you know.

Hi Amitej,

Any updates? The issue is still persisting, and is making our sharing of files with large student groups a bit tricky.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @al.briggs, Our team is working on fixing this. I'll inform you as it gets done.
Meanwhile, could you share some of your student's Adobe IDs you're sending projects to and the ID used to send the invite link?

I'll reach out via a DM & you can share IDs there.

Thanks.

Thanks Amitej,

I have tried replying to your DM, but it comes up saying that I have reached my quota of private messages (even though I haven't sent any). The ‘invite to edit link’ works fine - it’s when we try to use the ‘copy link’ option at the bottom that we have issues - when I try to accept a request, it just loops on the accept button and doesn’t continue forward. I have tested it using multiple browsers and on multiple platforms with the same issue.
