I click accept and it shows loading, then returns to Accept or Decline as if i never clicked Accept.
Sorry for the trouble. When the project owner invited you did he select the email in the dropdown menu or type in your email manually? Would you be able to ask the project owner to type in your email manually and try again?

This is happening to our whole team, not only me. However, They did try to re-send it me multiple times after i tried all of the possible solutions on this forum that i found. The admin's response:
