I cleared the cache, re-signed in and still cannot download anything. The mac window appears and everything freezes (using Chrome), SAVE is greyed out and disabled and CANCEL does nothing. The only way out of it is to hit ESC.

@scm28, I'm sorry you're having trouble. It's been some time since you last reported this issue, and I haven't been able to reproduce this error.
Please retest this and let us know how things are going.

@Lyn_D the problem seems to have cleared and I can download again. However, I would say it's a bigger systemic problem that it took 15 days to get a response. As a long time subscriber full suite subscriber, I have to say that the apathy Adobe has for its users is offensive. I've experienced issue after issue over the course of years with nowhere to turn.
