Changing Page colour (not background colour)

I have Express on my phone and on my laptop. On my phone it's fine - the background "page" colour is grey but on my laptop it's white. So anything white that I create (that's white) I can't figure out where the border is. I've looked in settings and tried playing with themese but cannot change it. Can anyone help please? Please see screenshots.

Hey @tracyD 

To add a border to your background on your laptop. 
Go under Elements press the Arrow key to the right. You will see "Shapes".
Press Shapes and find a shape that is suitable for your project. In this case maybe a rectangle.

 

You will have to adjust the border size and strech out the rectangle after changing the size.
Change the Fill Colour and the Border Colour if you choose. 🙂
