Clickable Table of Contents in Express presentation?

I built a 30-slide presentation deck in Adobe Express. Slide 2 is a Table of Contents. Can I link individual phrases on slide 2 to the corresponding slides in the rest of the deck?

I looked through our feature requests for presentations here https://adobe.ly/3D9sEey but didn't see one for this idea yet. It seems like a useful addition though if you want to add the idea.
