Color Palettes All the Same, Blue - Purple

Hey!

I am relatively new to this application so maybe there is something that I'm missing but when I click "color" all of the swatches are the same, from bold to neutral. I'm including an attached video to explain what I'm seeing.

Can anyone help me get some different variety? Searching in the search bar also does not change anything.

Thanks for reaching us; this shouldn't be happening.

Could you share with us the app and the OS version on your device? Also, let us know the make and model of the device.

Please ensure you're working on the latest Adobe Express app and your device OS is upgraded to its latest version.

You may also try reinstalling the app and restarting the device to check if that makes any difference.

Let us know about your findings.

Hey Amitej,

Reinstalling/Restarting did not help.

I'm using Adobe Express v 8.1.2

On a Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Android v 12.

Everything is up to date.

Is that all the information you needed?
