Content not posting to Facebook or Tiktok

Hello,

I am making square images 1:1 ratio and trying to post them using the schedule calendar on adobe express. I keep getting the error message 'Facebook accepts up to 10 images or 1 video. To save your post, remove excess uploads.'

I've tried downloading the image as a jpeg and uploading it to the calendar to post and it did not work.

 Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!

Hi, Could you solve it? I have exactly the same problem. There are no additional pictures, videos added to the post. Its just a square picture as jpg uploaded. I tried it as png format and it does not work either.
