I am trying to edit web pages created in Spark. I cannot figure out how to remove YouTube videos. In the Spark days, I would just click on them and the delete option would appear. Now, in Creative Cloud Express, when I click on the videos they just play as though I am in the published version. Please help because this is driving me crazy!

Works as expected in Safari. :white_heavy_check_mark:

I noticed that it does have that error in Firefox :cross_mark: - - All of the Youtube buttons are active as tho it is live, even in EDITOR MODE.

- clearing cache does not help

- private mode does not help

- clearning cache in private mode doesn't help

- new project has same problems as editing an old project

Hi Sue,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble. Would you be able to clear cache and try again with the incognito/private mode on the browser you are using? Also, make sure you are editing the web page on the editor's page and not on the published or the preview version.

Let us know if this works. We are here to help.

Thanks,
Saquib

Thanks Saquib. It was the browser - I was using Firefox and this was the problem. When I changed to Chrome, everything worked as it should.

Thanks for trying to help me.
