how do i get in contact with adobe, australia? I tried to call the provided numbers and was not able to get through. I have a situatuon in which i need assistance, would prefer to speak privatley than over a forum

Hi! i clicked that link and it didn’t work.

I just wanted to talk about getting a refund. I decided to try the free trial but never used it so i had cancelled it.
however it has come to my attention that i may not have cancelled it properly and i have been getting charged $30 every month since november 2022. I went to cancel again and now it’s charging me $104 to cancel.

I would honestly prefer a refund as i haven’t even used any of the programs and had it for about a day. i can’t afford it and i have no use for it and i can’t pull out $104 to cancel something that i don’t even use. can i please get a refund for the past few months as i have not used it and had no intention of using it.
