It does not save the animations, only the images, when I click on download video the application exits, I need help please

I tried downloading a project with animations using the Google Chrome browser on a Windows machine, and it worked fine. Can you try using some other browser or incognito/private browsing mode? You can also try after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you're using. 

Ensure that the browsers are updated and the device has stable internet connectivity.
