Is it happening with each project? Is it an image or a video? Did you edit a template?

Have you tried to use another browser, such as Google Chrome or Safari? Do you see any differences? Please check your Internet connection and clear your caches/cookies before logging back in. You may need to check the OS version of your device. An update may be available. You can deinstall or deactivate any browser extensions to see if it changes the situation.

Hi @abdulwahab36459602frth, The *******30.4@g*il.com runs on the Illustrator subscription and holds no Adobe Express Premium subscriptions. Your account shows you added a stock asset to your project on 07 April 2024. Projects containing Premium Stock Assets without the necessary subscription won't download. Please try to subscribe to the Adobe Express Premium and retest. This will enable you to download your project. I hope this has helped shed some light on your situation.
