Echec de téléchargement - vidéo

Bonjour, 

J'ai terminé de travailler une vidéo sur Adobe Express, et au moment de la télécharger en format MP4, cela m'indique ce message sans plus d'explication. 
J'ai essayé de raccourcir, de télécharger en qualité inférieur mais cela ne change rien. 

Quelqu'un a t-il rencontré ce problème ?

Hi @agathe_9243

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please try these troubleshooting steps and see if they help?

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and downloading from there

If both of these fail could you share a link to the duplicate instance you created with me privately and it set to so anyone can download? I'd like to try recreating the issue myself.

Thank you for your response. I tried using a different browser and duplicate but it still doesn't work.

I got the feedback from the engineering team that your firewall or proxy is blocking the connection to sensei.adobe.com
Please make sure  *.adobe.io domains are allowed and not blocked.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you are getting any error messages when you try to export videos? Are you using videos from the local drive or Adobe Stock videos? 

 

 Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

 

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restarting the browser, and trying again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Hello 

Yes i have the same problem, i create a video, then I want to download it and this is the message that appears :

I tried with Safari, Microsoft, Chrome and inconito mode  it's the same message. 
 
I cleaned the brower cache and cookie and restarting and it's the same.

Is it happening with all videos you create or with a specific one? Since when have you been noticing this issue? Have you recently installed any third-party plugins or extensions? Are you using assets (Images/videos) from Adobe stock or using images from your local drive?
