J'ai essayé de raccourcir, de télécharger en qualité inférieur mais cela ne change rien.
Quelqu'un a t-il rencontré ce problème ?

If both of these fail could you share a link to the duplicate instance you created with me privately and it set to so anyone can download? I'd like to try recreating the issue myself.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you are getting any error messages when you try to export videos? Are you using videos from the local drive or Adobe Stock videos?
Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Yes i have the same problem, i create a video, then I want to download it and this is the message that appears :
I tried with Safari, Microsoft, Chrome and inconito mode it's the same message.
I cleaned the brower cache and cookie and restarting and it's the same.

Is it happening with all videos you create or with a specific one? Since when have you been noticing this issue? Have you recently installed any third-party plugins or extensions? Are you using assets (Images/videos) from Adobe stock or using images from your local drive?
