Edit out a small part of your video in middle

How do you edit out a small part of a video in Adobe Express?  I actually have two small sections.

It depends what kind of edits you need. If you need to remove a small part, then you need to split it first
To do so, move your playhead to where you want (the moving arrow that indicates where the video is playing)
and click on the 3 dots to "split" the video, do the same at the end of the portion that needs removing, and then you'll get a new scene. That can be deleted by, again, clicking on the 3 dots.
