Hi,

I think you have to give us a bit more information. On what OS do you work (Mac, PC, Android, etc.)? When exactly does this Error Message appears? What document do you want to open in Adobe Express?

Did you find a fix? I am getting this error message in Adobe Express when I try to download a pdf of the artwork I created.  It will let me download other file types, but not the pdf.  This has happened on multiple design projects.
