Ive created an image in Adobe Express and when i go to save it it comes up with this error:
File upload in progress
We noticed your project has a file upload in progress. Please wait until the file has finished uploading.
But nothing is uploading. Its an image so to have to wait 12 hours and still it says the same thing?
Sorry, new to Adobe so im hoping it something simple...

I too was having this issue where I could not download files from Adobe Express without the same File Upload error message. By the way Adobe, I'm not uploading ANY files!
I found a suitable workaround that works for me Audra31151437c9ua and I hope it works for you too!
- Go to Add Ons.
- Add Google Drive
- Sign into Google Drive
- Then, in the left hand rail, it will show you Google Drive options. Select "Upload to Google Drive".
- Add your desired Folder, and wherever parameters you want to save, and hit Up

Thank you for reaching out, and apologise for any frustration you've faced.
With the new Express launch, the issue with saving projects should be available again.
Would you mind checking if saving projects is now faster in Adobe Express?
I'm here to help and looking forward to hearing from you.

I am also facing this issue.
Is there a solution to this issue yet?
Adobe Express is bascially useless if I can't download the files I create.

"With the new Express launch, the issue with saving projects should be available again."
Why do you say the issue should be available again?
Surely nobody wants you to make the issue occur for them?

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know if you've tried using another browser? Are you getting any error messages? Try switching the internet connection and let us know if that helps.
Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
Please check this link for more information on how to clear cache and cookies: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
Let us know if that helps.

Chiming in to say I've tried all of these things and I still can't download a file because I get this message about upload in progress. It's been two days!

I am getting the same error. Couldn't get rid of it (been showing for one hour). It is really annoying because there is nothing uploading, and even if something was uploading, you would have thought Adobe would give you the option to "cancel" the mysterious upload and continue, rather than simply blocking us.
However, I managed to work around this. I went into "add-ons" and found the "LoadingBay" add-on, and enabled it (as far as I can tell it is free, I have not been asked for payment nor been assaulted by adverts). You can then use it to download videos, etc. instead of using the Adobe Dialog, for example:
Using this approach I was able to download an entire MP4.
I hope this works for you.

I was excited to see this solution, thank you. But now Adobe says Loading Bat is unavailable. I am really stuck with this issue, not being able to download files.

I had the exact same issue, but this allowed me to get my Adobe Express files quickly. I hope this works for you too! Cheers!

Don't wait, just find the layer, from the top right layers button, where it is being uploaded and delete that layer. It is simple.
