Error in publishing Express webpage

Community Beginner ,
Apr 15, 2025 Apr 15, 2025

I have used the Express webpage function regularly for our club newsletter.  I set up the newsletter for this month without problem, but when I "publish to web" the URL only takes me to a "404 error" page (https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/mR0gvtjwVas2Z).  Has this problem been identified and is it being addressed?  I am using MS Windows 11.  I have tried logging out and back in - no change, same error.

I resolved it by deleting old webpages taking up memory space. Apparently
Adobe caps memory storage now.

Deleting the old pages and clearing some space worked for me as well. Thank you for the suggestion!

Hi @sledgehammer392,

Thank you for your message, and we sincerely apologize for the trouble you're experiencing.

Could you please try unpublishing the webpage and then publishing it again? After doing so, kindly share the newly generated URL — is it different from the original one you provided?

If the issue still persists after republishing, we’d appreciate it if you could share a short screen recording of the process, which will help us investigate further and assist you more effectively.

Thanks again for your patience and cooperation!

I am at work and had my wife help me at home. She unpublished and created
a link. I cannot say whether it created a new one since we were doing it
by FaceTime. But unfortunately it gave another 404 error. Will try again
when I get home.

I'm also having this same issue. I use the webpage to send out my pricing guides for photography and while my other guides seem to have no issues I have one that is giving me a 404 -page not found error. I've tried unpublishing and republishing. It has not resolved it. I tried making a new one. And that one is giving me the same problems. I'd love a resolution if there is one available!
