Exporting photos from iPhone to PC

This is the error received after trying to export photos from iPhone to PC. 

What does this error mean and how can it be fixed?

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know how you are trying to export? Is it working fine without exporting on desktop and mobile? What is the format of the file you're exporting?
