I have a Photoshop subscription, and the help page says Adobe Express Premium is included, but I cannot access features without subscribing. It is the same (my only) account. Is Adobe Express no longer included, or is this a problem I need to pursue?
Hi @Rainybeet, Welcome to our Adobe Express Community!
Thanks for reaching out. I suggest you go through this link: https://adobe.ly/4lz1e2g as it provides updated information on plans and pricing for Creative Cloud apps.
Under the Photo section, you can get the clarity of apps included with Photoshop subscriptions.
Let us know if this helped.
Best,

The page below on the Photoshop plan inclusions does show Adobe Express.

To confirm, when you go to Adobe Express, you are logged into your Adobe account? You should should see the circle icon in the top right which you can access your account details. If you are fully logged in and have full Adobe Express included, you would see 'Premium member' as below.
