Fill-In Form - Adobe Express

The previous marketing coordinator created these flyers with a Fill-In option (see attached) I believe in Adobe Express, I can't figure out how to do it!

The previous marketing coordinator at my company was creating flyers in adobe express and she would add a fill-in section on the pdf where an agent can just download it and fill in their name and info without me having to personalize the flier for each individual agent

Hey @brooke__2596, Thanks for sharing this! 

To create such a flyer/ brochure, you may need to select a similar template design. Once you're done editing the matter and design, you'd need to add some text boxes and some shapes(rectangles/boxes) to create the form section. You can then lower the opacity of boxes.
