FIXED -❗Adobe Express outage❗July 17th, 2025

Hi Everyone!!

 

We experienced an outage affecting Adobe Express on both mobile (iOS & Android) and web. Some users may have encountered app loading issues, with the screen stuck displaying the Adobe Express icon.

Thanks for the quick fix! I was stuck on the loading screen earlier but it’s working smoothly now. Appreciate the update.

Your "AI" in the FPL App is FAR from "intelligent". In fact its moronic. Thick AS F! 
OMG how thick can it be!! Not even usable. Why would anyone release such garbage in the first place.

Hi, is there an outage now.  Specifically for captioning.  I can't upload any videos to be captioned.  Thank you!

I still have the problem. I enter to adobe express, go to my stuff and traing to edit a video but pop up a signal of "something went wrong" 😞

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Is this happening with all projects or just specific to this one? 

 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

It's working again but now all my projects seem to use premium assets, even if I create a new one, which has made it impossible to do anything

I used Adobe Express earlier today on my iPhone and it was fine. Now it won't load, just says 'personalising experience' then hangs. I can't get it to load on a Macbook either so it can't just be an iOS app issue. I tried re-installing the app, turning wifi off and using data etc but no joy. Any ideas?

Adobe Expressで動画を作成していました。
作成中だった全4ページのうち、2ページしか残っていません。
「バージョン履歴」も遡って確認しましたが、確実にその時間に作業していたにもかかわらず、データが全く残っていませんでした。
※ダウンロードしたデータが残っているので、制作していたのは間違いありません。
 
同じような経験をされた方はいらっしゃいませんか?
「時間が経てば復旧する」などどんなことでもいいので

解決策なども含めご存じの方がいらっしゃいましたら教えてください。

 

何のためのクラウドなのだろう・・・時間と労力を返して欲しい

At the moment it seems that the server is down. I am not able to "login" to Express. Maybe give it sometime and come back to the project.
