Font Color Not Showing

I am working on Adobe Express on my Samsung S21 Ultra. I chose a template to remix and when it loads on my workspace, the font color changes to black. Even though the color is chosen, it displays black. Is there a setting I'm overlooking?

Here are screenshots, one of the template I want to use, then the other after it loads and showing the color is selected for that asset.

 Thanks for the help!

Hi @DElaineA, thanks for reaching out. We replicated the same at our end, and it seems to work fine. Would you mind checking if this is happening with the particular template or any other template? We need to check this to reach the root cause, whether the issue is with the template or the settings. Also, is it possible if you can send us a short recording so that we can also take a look at what exactly is happening?

Thanks

The "same" exact issue is happening to me whenever I try to remix a template. This has been happening for 6 months now. I use a Samsung S21 phone. Everytime I find "ANY" template I would like to use, even if creating a project from scratch the ONLY font colors available are black and white.

It doesn't matter WHAT color I choose to use it will default to either black or white depending upon what the rest of the colors in the project are. For example; IT seems that when using a lighter background template or creating one from "scratch" the font color will swith to black witha white outline....and then when the background is a lighter color it seems to default to a white font with black outline. Again I can "only" use these two colors for my fonts which "basically" means using this product is almost useless for me because I cannot use black and white fonts for my projects "alone" I pray for help!!!!

I LITERALLY LOVED this product and pray that ADOBE can resolve this or I'm going to have to cancel my subscription and I DON'T want to.

Has there been a resolution to this issue? I experience the same thing on my Android phone.

All of the colors work fine on my PC.. on the Android there are only two available font colors no matter what color code you put in. Those colors are black and white. I am not the only one who experienced this issue. It is not resolved... again if I open my project on my PC the fonts are in color. If I opened it on my Android they are in black and white although the color code will read as the color I have chosen.

Here's a short video showing that no matter what color you pick, the font is always either black or white.
