  1. Hi everyone. I am a very very new user to this but the company I work for are asking for a few things and I wonder if you can advise if this tool can do what we seek.

    1. Create a web page based presenation that forms the base of a presentation like a sales deck that our sales team can then ad bespoke sections to and send to our customers - Sales team work separately to me so can they amend and dit them selves
  2. Within the web page customise all the font colours separate to the main brand
  3. Link to external pages/presentations at certain points so that we could link to a pricing structure or rate card for our advertising for example
  4. Upload graphics and charts within the web page (can they even be animated and interactive)

As I say very new user at this stage but these are the things that are coming up
  5.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. Let me answer your first question. After creating the project, you will see an option to publish at the top and after that you may copy the link and share it with anyone in the team. Kindly check the screenshots below for better understanding of the procress.

Now, lets move to your second question. You will not have the option to change colour of the particular brand however, you will see different brands with different colours.

You have asked about linking external pages. Here you go. You may go to CC Express and click on the + button>Web page>add a title>click on Buttons tab and the website. Below are the screenshots:

Let's talk about animation process. Right now, unfortunately, animation feature is not supported. It's something we are looking into though! You can directly let our engineering team know about it by putting up a feature request here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-express-discussions/ability-to-block-the-download-of-m....

To know more about this app you may go through the tutorial by following this link. Please check the cc express website for more information. Kindly write us back if still have any query. We will be happy to help.

Thanks,

Manmeet

Hi There, thank you for your help.

I think there is a mis understanding of some points but others you have definitely clarified.

So point 1 - I;m looking to create a sales deck that our sales team can edit and send out. Is it only me who has the software that can then access this presentation and send the appropriate link out?

Point 2. I have a brand set up but for example i have chosen the main colour to be great but on one paragraph i want the text to be our secondary blue colour and i can;t choose just that one paragraph to be blue??? (as an example)

Point 3, I understand what you say about linking to an external page, that makes good sense, but what about a page of a presentation, so if I create a single page document in CC Express, can I link from my web page to that one page of the presentation?

Point 4 - I understand about the animation that's fair enough but can I upload charts and graphics if I save them as Jpegs?

1. More or less, it's you. You can't package it up and send it to a client.

If they have a CC account, they can collaborate (via invite), but it still lives in your account.

2. The BRANDING setup is intended to make it easy for you to stay on a single library of color and have a logo tag out all of your projects (that use that Brand). I find it easier to just edit projects to the values I want - rather than switching brand/on/off.

3. You can use anchors in Page. (create page via browser)

4. Yes. jpgs. pngs. (animations are links to YouTube/Vimeo). No GIF yet!!! but hoping for that soon. No interactive triggers yet. No interactive value boxes yet (afaik)

Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it.

Looking on You Tube and other forums for how you can define what the H1 and H2 styles / colours are and copy within your brand. Any ideas?

Your brand doesn't preclude you from changing the styles of your pages/posts/videos.

Once you pick a style, the H1/H2 styles are built into the template - -

Actually MAKING CUSTOM TEMPLATES has been on my wishlist since the beginning of Spark.

Here's what you can do with your brand - but for body formatting, maybe selecting a few templates that you work from is your best answer??

Poking around with templates are the easiest way to find out how to make the branding style that you want.

This is probably on your reading list already:
