I would like to schedule a post with several page on Instagram thanks to the Adobe Express Content Schedule but I have a problem.
I have imported my different pictures for my caroussel. In preview mode, I have my caroussel who works perfectly. But, when my post is published on Instagram, I have a problem : only the first page of my carousel is published. The other pages have disappeared.
How can I solve this problem ?
Thanks in advance for your anser 🙂

We are sorry to hear you're having trouble posting your Carousel.
Can you confirm if this has worked for you before?
Also, could you kindly DM me a Video recording of the steps you're taking to post your Carousel and the image?
Many Thanks,

Hi @Mr0D4C,
You may try refreshing the access tokens or reconnecting the social media channels once to check if that makes any difference.
Best,

I’ve had the same issue with Adobe Express before. The carousel looks fine in preview, but when it goes live on Instagram, only the first image shows up. This usually happens because Adobe Express doesn’t always handle Instagram carousel posts correctly, especially when scheduling across multiple pages.
Here are a few things you can try:
1. Check file formats and sizes – Make sure all images are the same size and format (JPG or PNG). If one of the images doesn't meet Instagram's requirements, it might get dropped.
2. Try reordering or re-uploading the images – Sometimes one of the images causes a glitch. Re-uploading them in a new project can help.
3. Use Meta Business Suite for carousels – If you're posting to multiple pages or need full control over carousels, Meta Business Suite tends to be more reliable than third-party tools.
4. Contact Adobe support – If everything looks right and it's still not working, Adobe’s team might be able to confirm if there's a bug or limitation with carousel support right now.
Let me know if you're using personal or business Instagram accounts too—that can sometimes affect what gets published.
