Image Quality

Hi there... I'm having issues with the image quality of the pictures I'm uploading on to Adobe express to edit... As soon as I upload them onto the app from my gallery they become blurry while editing and  even after being download... Here an example of the same image from my gallery... And the other once it's been uploaded and then download from the app.... It just loses all quality... It didn't do this before the update

Thanks for reaching out, and we're really sorry you're experiencing this issue with image quality after the latest update.

This isn’t the expected behavior, and we understand how frustrating it is when your images appear blurry during and after editing. We’ve flagged this with the team for review. In the meantime, as a workaround, try the following:

  • Make sure your original image is in high resolution before uploading.

  • Use "Start from Scratch" instead of templates, as some templates may downscale images.

  • When exporting, choose "High Quality" in the download settings if available.

If the issue persists, we’d appreciate it if you could share the original file and a few details about your device and workflow so we can investigate further.
