Image upload error

For some unknown reason, every time I try uploading any images today, I get the attached generic error message - is there a known glitch currently being fixed?

To add - this is on Adobe Express, and I've never had this issue before (and have tested with a few different file types and sizes) which is why I am assuming it's a site issue.
