Looking into creating a shared editable library across a few students for common graphics they need to use and/or update for a project. They can accept the invite in the app, get the email and link, see the library and can edit it when they click the email link. But it doesn't appear in their shared library tab. They can only get to it through the email link. Is there a setting I may have missed? Reading through the documantation isn't helping figure out if this is user error on my part.

Note: Shared projects work fine.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that you've run into this issue! Things should be working better than that.

Could you confirm are you sharing the unique projects or the library of multiple projects with your students? We ask because if you are sharing a single project and not the library, then it should be visible under the "Projects" tab and not on the "Libraries" tab. Please check this thing and report back with any observations. We are here to help.

Thanks,
Saquib

Sharing a unique project works fine, as expected. Sharing a Library does not. They don't see it in the shared libraries tab and can only access it by going back to the email link. Once they click on the link they can edit on the library. But when they are in a project (shared or not) they don't see it to access the assets for use in the project.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to us. Are they using the Creative Cloud Express mobile app or the desktop version?

If they are using the mobile app please let them try on the desktop version here: https://express.adobe.com/sp.

Thanks,

Saquib

Hi all,

For any libraries you've already shared, please follow the mentioned steps:

After doing this, the shared libraries should show up in both locations:
https://assets.adobe.com/libraries
https://express.adobe.com/sp/libraries/shared

Note: For all new libraries that are shared, they will automatically show up in the 'Shared with you' view.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Amitej
