Hello,
My organisation is looking at Adobe Express as a way to offload some of the more low-profile or repetative design jobs to individual teams across the org, with the marketing team producing brands and templates for them to be able to do this.
The Brand feature seems perfect for this, however my main worry is giving non-marketing colleagues access to all the other features on Adobe Express we don't want them to have – for example making their own templates or just producing their own work and logos etc.
Is there a way to lock non-admin team members to only be able to use Adobe Express to edit supplied templates and nothing else, or is it a case of all or nothing at the moment? I've had a look and I can't see a definitive answer anywhere.

There isn't a way to prevent accounts from having access to only specific brands but you can just invite only specific users to a brand https://adobe.ly/3D11Ahk
I'd also recommend checking these features as they may help with what you're wanting to do
Note: these features are limited to team or enterprise type accounts

Thanks Dave,
That's useful to know about only inviting specific accounts to a brand, but a shame they can't be locked only to use only them.
Without that control I can foresee some people just ignoring the provided templates for their work altogether and only using the readily available ones in Express.
