Issues with Adobe Express APP

Currently on Android - S22 Ultra (Paid subscriber)

I can no longer login to my App. Yesterday all my work disappeard off the app so I cleared the cache, no luck Reinstalled it, now I can't login!

I was also having issues with using stock images and my projects were not downloading. Are any other andriod users having the same issue? Desktop is fine but it's rubbish to use.

We are sorry to hear about your difficulties; this shouldn't happen.

Could you try connecting to a different internet connection while logging into the Adobe Express App, and have you tried rebooting the device after reinstalling the app?

 

Also, as for the issues related to stock images, I'd like to inform you that yesterday there was maintenance going on in Adobe Stock and Adobe Express. So, it may be a possibility that the issue was linked to the maintenance.
