Keeps freezing with error message popping up "You're Offline" when I'm not

I'm online and logged into Creative Cloud.

 

I can browse through features but every time I try to alter a template the "You're Offline" error message comes up. I most definitely am online. 

 

Also, the program is full of other bugs.
