Adobe Express - i've successfully edited several PDFs, each extracted from a multiple page file.  There is only one that I am having difficulty with - the Layers button is grayed out.  I appreciate any guidance.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I'm really struggling with the layers button being greyed out 'all of sudden' ... seems like yesterday it was working.  Today, I cannot see any of the layers on any of my files.....  I've been searching for almost an hour now looking for a fix, to no avail.    I opened a calendar template today and was 'working' it ... and realized that the layers option wasn't available .. I thought it was just the template, but all files are like this now.  HELP!!

Hi @Kimberley33789541dw8z,

Thanks for your patience. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

If the above step doesn't resolve the issue, please share a screen recording to investigate further.

Regards,

Tarun

Well, clearing some cache and cookies seems to have made a difference....  (it's difficult to commit to clearing stuff ... but I'm feeling fresh now 🙂
