Hi Max,

 

It sounds like you're wanting to change the black and white graph portion of your project to be orange like the text and shape on the right-hand side, is that correct? If so, the process would somewhat depend on how the black and white graph is created. Is it a photo? If so, you might be able to select it and then apply the duotone effect selecting orange and white as the colors. I'll include a screenshot as an example.
