Lost Projects

Our company renewed our subscription under the Adobe Enterprise Plan but they used a different name. Now my saved PROJECTS are gone in Adobe Express. How do I get them back?

I can no longer login to our old account under the name "General Conference of Seventh Day Adventist Church GC." When they renew our membership they renamed it to "General Conference of SDA Adobe." Thats when I lost all of my Adobe Express projects.

Hi @T-for-Tanya sorry to hear that, could you please ask your IT Admin to create a support ticket from the Admin Console?
Let us investigate if we can retrieve your projects from the old account by any chance. Thanks!
